He has been director for the Indiana Community Analysis Project, chaired the National Conference on Books by Mail Service, Las Vegas, 1970, and published Books by Mail—A Handbook for Libraries (Greenwood, 1977); The Indiana Community Analysis Project at the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library; and articles in library journals. Robert David Little ( Ph.D., library science, University of Wisconsin, Madison) is chairperson and professor of library science at Indiana State University.
