'During assessment practitioners often gather pertinent information, however the real challenge lies in the next step of synthesising this into planning appropriate interventions. This book sequentially provides robust evidence based assessment strategies leading to collaborative case conceptualisation promoting strength based practice and appropriate intervention. A must for the Mental Health Practitioner.' -- Ian Mckay 'Psychosocial assessment in mental health is an extremely valuable resource for all healthcare practitioners. The interesting and informative format is consistent throughout with the addition of the 'service user voice' adding a appreciated component. The 'integration of assessment information' is covered well. Definitely a core text.' -- Keith Ford
