She has written or edited numerous books, chapters and articles; was on the founding Board of Directors for the Asian Psychological Association, and is a founding member of the American Psychological Association (APA) Division of International Psychology (52) and ICOPE (Teaching Division within the International Union of Psychological Sciences).Dr Jas Jaafar is Associate Professor of the Faculty of Education at the University of Malaysia. She is a former President of the Asian Psychological Association and remains active in the organization. She has authored or edited numerous books, chapters and journal articles. Her current work focuses on cross-cultural psychology, cultural influences on education and human development (child and adolescent).Dr Anila Kamal is Professor and Director at the National Institute of Psychology, Qauid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, Pakistan.
