ABOUT THE AUTHOR Dr. Nour Mawloud Njeeb Fnish obtained her bachelor's degree in law from Al-Ahliyya University School of Law in Jordan and practiced law before coming to the United States of America to further her studies. She earned both her LL.M. & S.J.D. degrees from Golden Gate University, School of Law specializing in international and comparative law. Presently she is undergoing a post-doctoral internship at the Golden Gate University's Sompong Sucharitkul Center for Advanced International Legal Studies.
