OverviewIn the future, vehicles may be required to achieve multiple mission objectives in a single platform. To enable this capability the concept of variable geometry has been proposed as a means to extend the capability of current air vehicle platforms. This requires the development of seamless aerodynamic structures that can undergo large scale changes in wing geometry. Flying bike, or roadable aircraft is an automobile that can legally travel on roads and take off, fly, and land as an aircraft.
