It not only keeps one comfortable, fit and beautiful but also improves memory, intelligence, and creativity. Specialists use it to unfold the deeper layers of consciousness in their move toward perfection. A good volume of scholarly work is already available on the benefits of Yoga and Meditation in different physical and mental disorders. Yoga meditation is an exercise program that includes stretching and exercises that use deep breathing to bring peace and tranquility.
