OverviewPublic-private partnership (PPP) contracts are developing in a difficult environment, characterized by a heavy impact on public finances, a situation that is equally true of emerging and developing countries.African countries in general, and those of French-speaking Black Africa in particular, have adopted this public-private partnership model to build the crucial infrastructure that forms part of their various development plans. The countries of French-speaking Black Africa are characterized by a deficit in quality infrastructure. This is due to their lack of capacity to fully finance their infrastructure needs, and the aim of this book is to analyze one of the main sources of funding for development projects.
