He obtained his Ph.D. from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He was a post-doctoral fellow at ENEA, Italy, and Research Scientist at the Group d’ Energia Solar of the University of Barcelona, Spain. He was the National Solar Science Fellow of Ministry of New and Renewable energy at Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. His research interests include sensors, 2D materials, Silicon heterojunction solar cells, Memristors, Photovoltaics, etc.. Dr. Saji K J is currently an Associate Professor at the International School of Photonics, Cochin University of Science and Technology. He obtained his Ph.D. in Physics from Cochin University of Science and Technology. He was a visiting researcher at the Tokyo Institute of Technology. He has completed post-doctoral research from the New University of Lisbon, Portugal, Swiss Federal Laboratories for Materials Science (EMPA), Switzerland, and the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, USA. His research interests include two-dimensional materials for optoelectronic and nano-electronic applications, thin-film transistors, triboelectric nanogenerators, memristors, neuromorphic circuits, etc. Dr. Priya M. J. obtained her Ph.D. from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT). She is currently a RUSA post-doctoral Fellow at the Department of Physics, CUSAT. Her research expertise lies in developing metal oxide- and TMD-based chemo resistive gas sensors, with a specific focus on breath analysis for detecting key biomarkers.
