A truly epic battle to win the World Cup 2027 will be spread out across all the big stadiums in North America, in a truly special collaboration, the likes of which has never been seen before.The whole month of June 2027 has been devoted to this amazing new truly global event, along with the first few days of July, and all the big competitions of the world, including the major league race to be in the world series final have all been scaled back a little and rescheduled, so as to have no competing priorities and no overlap with this magnificent new global competition.None of the very best were ready to miss out on this. This was history in the making. They all went for it, got picked and were allowed to shine big time in what many are calling the best baseball contest of all time. And the league imposed a special redistribution codex that ensures that those best players who participate in this will benefit in more ways than one.In our special 2027 super tournament there will be 8 teams at each venue x 25 host venues, so 25 x 8 = 200 teams representing countries and representing major parts of the US. Each one will be vying for the big world title this year, as well as for all the coveted top ten, top 25, top 40, and top 100 finishing spots, which are within reach for all this year. How exciting can it get?A true and proper drawing is held, to determine which teams go into which group for the first rounds of play in this massive and exciting world cup of baseball tournament. The host area team is automatically placed in the group it will be hosting. Each team's performance in phase one determines which phase two and phase three group they are assigned to. Using the outcomes of the phase one play, we will soon see which teams to match up with each other in an increasingly evenly matched event set-up as we go along.
