He has been the incident commander at hundreds of fires and emergencies in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings. Chief Dunne lectures on commanding emergency incidents, human behavior in disaster, and stress management at conferences and colleges across the country. He has written numerous articles for Fire Engineering magazine and serves as an adjunct instructor for Kean University.
