Author Information

Emma Jacobs, Nutritionist Biologist. Born in 1975, from the United States of America. She has been passionate about music and biology since she was a child, she began studying piano at the age of eleven, later also becoming passionate about electric guitar and bass. Her passion for biology is felt at the age of twelve, because even then she was fascinated by the study of life and the mechanisms that regulate its processes. She has achieved various specializations in the USA and not only, carrying out specific studies in England where she collaborated in a research project on diabetic retinopathy, the subject of the specialist thesis. Her specialization continues over the years with international masters in Nutrition and Dietetics and with a thesis on nutrition in menopause. What prompted you to pursue a career as a nutritionist? The desire to pass on to others all the healthy food principles that I have studied and learned in recent years and the desire to be able to do something concrete to improve the health and well-being of people, in the present and for the future.
