OverviewPrespacetime Journal ( PSTJ, http: //www.prespacetime.com) is a publication in which physicists, mathematicians and other learned scholars publish their research results and express their views on the origin, nature and mechanism of spacetime and its possible connection to a prespacetime. It is also a journal where all learned scholars can present their models and experimental results on elemental particles, fundamental forces including gravity and related topics. This is PSTJ Volume 3 Issue 11 first published in October 2012. It is entitled Progress in Physics II and contains following articles: (1) Does the Sum Rule Hold at the Big Bang? (2) From Fractality of Quantum Mechanics to Bohr-Sommerfeld's Quantization of Planetary Orbit Distance; (3) On Lorentz-invariant Theory of Gravitation Part 3: Optical-mechanical Analogy and the Particle-wave Duality in the Theory of Gravity; (4) Quantum Hall Effect and the Effective Hierarchy of Planck Constants; (5) Updated View about the Hierarchy of Planck Constants; (6) On The Cosmological Constant and the Higgs Mechanism; (7) Kantowaski-Sachs Dark Energy Model in f(R, T) Gravity; (8) Bulk Viscous Fluid Hypersrface-Homogeneous Cosmological Models in Barbar's Second Self-creation Theory; (9) Who Will Tell Us How Space & Time Are Non-existent for Light? and (10) LHC Update for September 2012.
