His books include The Altruism Equation: Seven Scientists Search for the Origins of Goodness and Mr. Jefferson and the Giant Moose: Natural History in Early America. Clark Cornell was born to a loving family in Greenwich, UK, but had little time to grow up in Greenwich before his family moved to the United States in their pursuit of happiness. Clark earned a BA in English literature from Washington State University, then began an acting career-cast in major roles in theater productions.
