He has also worked as Senior Researcher positions at Korea Reserach Institute of Standards and Science (1990-1992), Visiting Professir at Texas Tech University (2001-2003), and Assistant Professor/Research Contractor at Hampton University/NASA (1989-1990) and Post Doctor/Research Associaate at Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC)/Catholic University at MD, USA (1987-1989), in the field of pulsed plasma physics and charged particles.
