She currently practices clinical and forensic psychology in Denver, where she is a professor at the School of Professional Psychology, University of Denver. WILLIAM E. THOMS is a transportation lawyer who holds the rank of Professor of Law at the University of North Dakota. Currently he is a visiting professor at the University of Denver College of Law.
