His well-researched articles on HR, OD, Change Management and Quality Management Systems appeared in various newspapers and journals. He began his career with WHO/UNICEF as a research analyst. Later on, he served various organizations and retired as corporate advisor HR & OD from Uttam Galva Steels Ltd. Mumbai. A member of National Institute of Personnel Management, ex-chairman of Training & Development Institute, Delhi, Chapter Aurangabad. He was an active trainer in quality system, sponsored by Quality Forum of India, Nagpur Chapter.
