FILLED WITH GOODNESS! This is an amazing resource for those interested in making pasta - and delicious dishes. The author shares a lot of information about the different types of flour and other ingredients required, and the various pasta-making machines one can purchase. The book has many beautiful photographs and recipes for sauces and fillings in addition to a great variety of pasta recipes. This was a pleasure to read and I learned a lot from this great book. DELICIOUS, HOMEMADE PASTA. If you own a pasta machine you need this book. This is a great guide for types and flavors of pasta. LOVELY RECIPES. Such an easy reading book as I'm a total beginner I found this book perfect for what I needed to make my own pasta and gave me ideas beyond my thinking, everything explained in a simple form totally recommend this book for all.
