OverviewTodays, world great armies need to have heavy duty tactical vehicles to transmit their tanks, missiles and other military equipments with maximum safety and minimum possible time. In fact the main responsibility in logistics capability creation to handling personnel, ammunition, heavy equipments, fuel tanks and munitions is for heavy duty tactical trucks. For this reason, in recent years many studies are done on designing and manufacturing heavy duty tactical vehicles which have ability to pass through impassable areas. The studies show that these vehicles due to operational needs, are always subject to rollover. Even in civilian heavy vehicles, approximately two-thirds of all heavy truck occupant fatalities occur in rollover crashes. Therefore to prevent from such accidents, on the one hand, it is necessary to do a comprehensive analysis on the stability of such vehicles and on the other hand, it is needed to perform a general analysis on the dynamic of them. Hence by the obtained results from this analyses, stability dynamic of these vehicles can be modified. In this book, first the effects of various parameters on the stability and dynamic of heavy duty tactical trucks are presented. Then by means of software simulations, a dynamic analysis on one type of heavy trucks is done. The results can be an appropriate criterion in the designing of these heavy trucks.
