Arbiol has been a Psychology Instructor since 2004. She teaches psychology subjects in the different colleges in Davao City, Philippines. She is a graduate of the Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of the Philippines-Cebu City, and holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselling Psychology from Ateneo de Davao University.
