Make Your Own Healthy Fast Food at Home. The term ' Healthy Fast Food' might be an oxymoron like saying 'Jumbo Shrimp, ' Do you agree? In our fast paced, over worked, little time society, many of us have to buy prepackaged foods which may be missing a lot of the natural ingredients and nutrients that our bodies need to be healthy. Not to mention the high cost of buying these not so healthy convenience foods at your local grocery store. And it's almost impossible to find prepackaged foods that follow the guidelines of your particular diet plan, for example, the Paleo Diet. But what's the alternative? Well, canning and preserving food has been a way of life for hundreds of years.
