Overview

As the city falls into anarchy, the living turn against each other for scraps of supplies. Held in captivity by an evil group, Heather must find a way to save her sister. She'll learn the hard way that the group doesn't let people leave without heavy consequences. After narrowly escaping death, James and Angela find refuge in Krista's house. They think they're safe for the night. They're dead wrong, and they realize it too late when they hear scratching inside the closet. Pierce and his remaining squad members have found someone who has a way out of the city. They just need to hold out a few days for rescue to come. The tension that mounts between the soldiers and the civilians will make that very difficult. For some of the people trapped in the city, it's no longer just about survival. It's about doing things they aren't normally allowed to do--and they don't care who suffers because of it.
