Overview

F. Scott Brown knew things were not perfect when he took over the European division of Morgan AM&T. He didn't let that deter him. Their downward spiral needed to be fixed and he knew he was the man for the job. After successfully steering the company back in the black, he stepped down as CEO and president at the end of 2000. Eight months later, an FBI agent showed up at his house in Central Florida with a subpoena. His life has not been the same since. Brown faced corruption and personal betrayal, and a shockingly wide-ranged cover-up that ultimately would lead to incarceration. F. Scott Brown is the former president and CEO of Morgan AM&T. In April 2001, Mr. Brown was inducted into the Legion of Honor by the J. Edward Kelley Society, and in 1997 Brown was the recipient of the prestigious Pennsylvania American Legion Citizenship Award for his many contributions to the city of St. Marys and the state of Pennsylvania. Brown is currently an active member of St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Lake Mary, Florida, where he has served as co-chairman of the capital campaign to build a new sanctuary. He is also an active member of the Grace-n-Grits outreach ministry of Sanford, Florida, which serves the less fortunate of the area on a weekly basis. Mr. Brown earned his Master of Business Administration degree from California Western University. Scott and his wife, Candy, have been married for thirty-eight years and have three grown children and four grandchildren.
