Who Temple Thorold was, we do not know. It is likely that he was a 19th century educator who wanted to introduce Slojd, or Sloyd, to Great Britain. Gary Roberts founded The Toolemera Press imprint in 2006. A retired Librarian, Mr. Roberts returns classic books on early crafts, trades and industries to print. All titles are produced, in-house, from original books in his personal collection.
