OverviewFollow generations of an ordinary American family as it progresses in tandem with the founding and development of the nation. When Bereniece was a little girl, her Father would come into her bedroom each night to tuck her in. He was a great storyteller with interesting tales to tell. He would ask her what she'd like to hear and she always replied, Tell me a story about when you were a boy on the farm. In that tradition, Bereniece gives you stories about her family. She chose not to write about boring Begets, Begets, but rather about some of the people of the past with whom she had a connections. Just as dry leaves in the fall rustle when touched by a breeze, her family speaks to us in stories and records left behind as well as their individual traits. Those in her family were unique, the product not just of their genes, but of the decisions they made and the lives they lived. Our forbearers are a part of our identity and Bereniece is delighted to share what she's learned about her family history from 1635 to the present time.
