OverviewThis book delves into two fundamental concepts: 'I' and 'Time', and introduces a brain model that explains human perceptions of various phenomena, such as the deceptive sense of self created by the mind, superstitions, sleep terrors, lucid dreams, societal dynamics, time-related misconceptions, and the effects of brain damage. Starting from the assumption of an existing 'I', I examine how attributing our existence to either the 'body' or the 'mind' shapes our worldview. I show that the assumption of the mind's primacy leads to contradictory conclusions, with an ever-true useless explanation: ""It is what it is."" Alternatively, I consider the body as the foundation of being, proposing a brain model to explain our perception of the world, including the notions of self and memory.
