When on April 14, 2014 Boko Haram invaded Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok in Maiduguri State, Nigeria 300 schoolgirls were kidnapped. About 53 of them later escaped from their abductors. The world outraged by the beastly act mobilized and called on Nigeria and the world leaders to action to rescue the teenage girls and fight terrorism. Since April 14, 2014, the terrorists have killed more than 1000 people in Nigeria and neighboring border villages with Cameroon.
