Ann-Sofie Dahl is Associate Professor of International Relations, and an Adjunct Fellow with the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, DC. Pauli Järvenpää is currently the Finnish Ambassador to Afghanistan. He holds a PhD in International Relations from Cornell University.
