Reviews

"""The nation's largest publisher of self-help legal books and software."" The Wall Street Journal ""Nolo helps lay people perform legal tasks without the aid--or fees--of lawyers."" USA Today ""In the first part, Bergman and Moore provide information primarily for someone who is being deposed, that is, being questioned under oath at a deposition as part of the pre-trial stage of a civil law case. The second part explains how to take a deposition or defend a party or witness on your side who is being deposed. Among the topics are preparing to give deposition testimony, beginning a deposition: the usual admonitions, questions you can refuse to answer, taking a deposition: deposing a hostile witness, and visually recorded depositions."" Eithne O'Leyne, Editor Ringgold, Inc. ProtoView"
