She is co-editor of the journal Communication Research. She is former president of the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication. Akiba A. Cohen is Professor of Communication at Tel Aviv University in Israel. He is author of The Television News Interview and co-author of The Holocaust and the Press: Nazi War-Crimes Trials in Germany and Israel, Global Newsrooms, Local Audiences: A Study of the Eurovision News Exchange, and Social Conflict and Television News.
