He is a neurosurgeon qualified from the Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram, India. He has done a fellowship in Skull Base Neurosurgery at Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute of Medical Sciences and Technology at Thiruvananthapuram, India, and another fellowship in Pediatric Neurosurgery from Birmingham Children’s Hospital, The United Kingdom.
