Edmund Hey - Emeritus Consultant in Paediatrics and Neonatology at the Victoria Royal Infirmary, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. He has coordinated the work of the Northern Neonatal Network for the past 25 years and is a respected figure in British and Commonwealth paediatrics.
