Lauren Trout is an educator, children's author, and parent. She has spent her career in special education, with a passion for neurodiversity. As an advocate for inclusion and disability education and awareness, she hopes that Nelly's story helps others find their inner glow. Alex is an illustrator from Margate, UK, and he lives and works there from his home studio by the sea. He uses a layered and hand drawn approach in his work, to create maps and illustrations for lots of different uses like websites, books, prints, clothing and other bits.
