Author Information

Craig Forcese is an associate professor at the Faculty of Law (Common Law Section), University of Ottawa. He teaches public international law, national security law, administrative law and public law/legislation. Much of his present research and writing relates to national security, human rights and democratic accountability. Leah West, assistant professor of International Affairs (National Security and Intelligence), Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, Carleton University. She completed her SJD at the University of Toronto in 2020; LLM, University of Ottawa; JD, University of Toronto; MA, American Military University; graduate of RMC of Canada.
