Author Information

Satyaranjan Bairagi is a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Glasgow, United Kingdom. His research interests include development of nanotechnology-based piezoelectric and triboelectric materials for nanogenerators, as well as textile-based flexible advanced materials for renewable energy harvesting. Wazed Ali is an Associate Professor in the Department of Textile and Fiber Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. His research areas broadly include nanofibrous web for energy, nanocomposite-based flexible triboelectric materials, and green chemistry in textiles. Shakeel Ahmed is an Assistant Professor of Chemistry in the Higher Education Department, for the Government of Jammu and Kashmir, in India. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Postgraduate Department of Chemistry, at the Government Postgraduate College Rajouri, Jammu and Kashmir, India. He obtained his master’s and doctoral degrees in chemistry from Jamia Millia Islamia, a central university, situated in New Delhi, India. He gained his post-doctoral experience in biocomposite materials from the Indian Institute of Technology. He has published several research papers in the field of green nanomaterials and biopolymers for various applications including biomedical, packaging, and water treatment.
