Overview

What is happening on the second floor of the Rex Hotel, above the dance floor? Our heroine detective, Beth MacFarlane, stumbles on the dead musician's body, still warm from the touch from the last set on stage some fifteen minutes into the intermission. That makes a body count total of three at the hotel, but will Beth be the one striking out. Our detective claims this one for herself, but when the lead singer doesn't return back on stage, can Beth keep her discovery a secret long enough to find clues on who may be the killer and keep the dance floor at bay with her karaoke, or will the mob tear apart the club and destroy any evidence on this and the other killings?
