He holds a Master's degree in Communication Business Management from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Communication and Corporate Identity from the International University of La Rioja (UNIR). He also has a specialization in Business Management from the José María Vargas University (Caracas, Venezuela). He is the creator of Huella M, the first specific methodology for diagnosing, managing, and reporting on sustainability in museum institutions, published by McGraw Hill in its Aula Magna collection. He currently teaches at various universities: • University of Design, Innovation, and Technology (UDIT), where he teaches courses on sustainability and fashion communication. • Francisco de Vitoria University (UFV), in Fashion History and Fashion Sustainability. • International University of La Rioja (UNIR), in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility, a field she also develops at Anáhuac University, Mexico. His research focuses on communication for sustainability in the museum and fashion sectors, as well as on the management of educational communication in museums as a tool for achieving cultural and social sustainability. He places particular emphasis on the inclusion of people with sensory, emotional, physical, or intellectual disabilities, promoting museum accessibility as a transformative axis for the social role of museums. He is currently coordinating two research projects funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ program: one focused on sustainability in the training of new social communicators, and another focused on developing responsible leadership skills among students and faculty in engineering schools. He has completed research stays at prestigious institutions such as Anáhuac University, Mexico, the University of Palermo (Buenos Aires), and Erasmus University Rotterdam.
