OverviewThe modelling of free and moving boundary problems occurs in many different disciplines and proposed solutions come from a variety of perspectives. This book contains most of the papers presented at the Seventh International Conference on Computational Modelling of Free and Moving Boundaries, an interdisciplinary forum where the mathematical bases underlying all these problems were discussed. Some of the most up-to-date research on the solution of problems in which the position of the surface is part of the solution is highlighted. These can only be solved analytically in a few cases and require the development of suitable computational methods that provide accurate solutions. DESCRIPTION : The contributions are divided under the following headings : Boundary Tracking; Fluid Structure Interactions; Flow Through Porous Media; Free Surface Flow; Manufacturing Free Surface Flows; Phase Change; Phase Interface Phenom ena; and Advanced Computational Methods.
