All you neede to know about mortise and tenons but were afraid to ask. Well, there is no need to ask as Kingshott covers all of the ins and outs of this woodworking joinery in this great video. The narrator starts with the real basics, the type and sharpness of the pencil the woodworker should use. Kingshott prefers to use an engineers square and Japanese hollow mortise chisels and shows you why. It is nice to see that Kingshott uses contrasting stock to emphasize the fit of the joints. He also stresses the importance of consistently measuring from the finished face of the stock. He covers a variety of mortise and tenons like through and blind. Jim Klingshott is truly a master craftsman and both the novice and the advanced woodworker can learn a lot from him and this video
