Mon commandant ! Quarante ans de mission d'un administrateur du territoire est une oeuvre autobio graphique d'un Administrateur Civil, Membre du Corps Préfectoral du Mali. Né le 19 Septembre 1957 à Niéna, en même temps que son frère jumeau le regretté Housseiny Diallo, il a fréquenté l'École Fondamentale de Niena 1965 à 1974 où il a obtenu le Certificat Fin d'Étude du Premier Cycle de l'Enseignement Fondamental (CFEPCEF) et le Diplôme d'Étude Fondamentale (DEF) avant de décrocher le Diplôme du Baccalauréat Malien en Série Philo-langues avec la mention assez bien en 1977, au lycée Monseigneur Montclos de Sikasso. Il décroche à l'Université Dar El Mehrez de Fès, du Royaume chérifien du Maroc, trois licences en Droit Public, section de Sciences Politiques à la Faculté de droit Public de ladite Université. A son retour au Mali, il obtient une maîtrise en Administration Publique à l'École Nationale d'Administration de Bamako. Cet ouvrage retrace les pérégrinations de ce haut cadre de l'administration malienne, homme de devoir dont le récit de vie constitue une véritable école pour les nouvelles générations d'administrateur. Monsieur Alassane Diallo est marié et père de dix enfants. ""My Commander! Forty Years of a Territorial Administrator's Mission"" is an autobiographical work by a Civil Administrator, a member of the Prefectural Corps of Mali.
