Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationMarcin Witczak was born in Poland in 1973, received the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Zielona Góra (Poland), the Ph.D. degree in automatic control and robotics from the Wrocław University of Technology (Poland), and the D.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Zielona Góra, in 1998, 2002 and 2007, respectively. In 2015 he received a full professorial title. Since then, Marcin Witczak has been a professor of control and computer engineering at the Institute of Control and Computation Engineering, University of Zielona Góra. His current research interests include computational intelligence, fault detection and isolation (FDI), fault-tolerant control (FTC) coupled with the Internet of Things (IoT) applications. Marcin Witczak has published more than 200 papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is an author of 5 monographs and 40 book chapters. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Committee on Automatic Control and Robotics Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences. He is also a subject area editor of ISA Transactions while from 2022 he is an associate editor of Engineering Applications of Artificial Intelligence.
