This second edition of MISS UNIVERSE was previously published under this same title by T.N. Turner. This second edition is printed with premium ink on white paper instead of cream paper. The text of the poems are unchanged between editions. MISS UNIVERSE contains 14 AVANT-GARDE, OFTEN FUNNY, POSTMODERN POEMS, and includes 11 original B/W photographs. The best way to describe MISS UNIVERSE is to give you an idea of some of the humorous, odd poems in the book: ""HIGGS BOSON."" A homeless man named Ziggy finds the Higgs Boson. ""ANTIMATTER DIET."" What better diet than one consisting of antimatter particles? ""WEAK FORCE."" Why is GRAVITY is also known as the ""weak force"" when every time the narrator bends over to tie a shoe, his backpack knocks him on the head! OUCH!
