ABRAHAM SAGIE is Director of the School of Business Administration at Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel. He also acts as a psychologist and organizational consultant, and is on the editorial boards of the International Journal of Cross Cultural Management and the Polish Journal of Applied Psychology. - SHMUEL STASHEVSKY is Director of the International MBA at the School of Business Administration, Bar-Ilan University, Ramat Gan, Israel.
