Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationHilary Crowley is a physiotherapist who has worked extensively with Indigenous and paediatric populations. Her trip to South Africa in the sixties inspired her to later follow a career in overseas development work. She founded the Samuha Overseas Development Association, a charity dedicated to supporting SAMUHA's rural rehabilitation programme in India. Hilary has always had an interest in the written word, writing a community newspaper, creating poems while in India, and contributing to a weekly outdoors column in the Prince George Citizen. This, along with her vast travelling experience and dedication to healthcare, led her to writing Footsteps to Freedom - Tales of Therapy in Rural India, Health in the Himalaya - Tibet Bhutan Ladakh, and Mini Saga in South Africa. Hilary currently lives in Summit Lake, B.C., with her husband, Floyd, where she enjoys many outdoor recreation activities. Tab Content 6Author Website:Countries AvailableAll regions |
