The chapter on Gels is very informative. Gels are still considered a new service in the industry even though they have been around for years. This is the first time I have seen such a detailed chapter on the subject. I also really like the new design, it is very up to date. It is eye-catching and makes the student notice it. I showed it to other colleagues and they all had the same thoughts on it.
