OverviewA play for 7 - 11 year olds. Mum has gone away for some time on her own, trusting Dad to look after the kids, Helen, Andy and Luke. They are all out Christmas shopping, when they overhear a street preacher screaming, 'The end of the world is nigh!'. Luke is convinced that a meteorite will hit their street and there will be no home for Mum to come back to. The kids have to act and act quickly. That night, they're transported to a fantastical world via Helen's mobile phone - a world in which they must defeat the meteorite before it reaches them. Meteorite was produced at the Hampstead Theatre in December 2003.
