She has authored numerous publications in the areas of quality and process improvement in heath care. Her clinical interests include women's health and care of the aged in rural areas. Dr. Weber received her medicine degree at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and completed her residency in internal medicine at the Graduate Hospital in Philadelphia where she was Chief Resident.
