OverviewThese are the recollections of a nurse who for thirty years worked with people who suffered from mental illness. Often there was laughter, sometimes sadness and ocassionally tragic events, but there was never a dull moment. Robert isnt political, but did see things over the years that he found disconcerting. Mostly though he has told a story full of human interest with real individuals who often had colourful personalities and who sometimes caused him to weep, but more often than not, to laugh.
