Overview

Please note that the content of this book primarily consists of articles available from Wikipedia or other free sources online. The Meish Line is a railway line of Central Japan Railway Company (JR Central) in Mie Prefecture, Japan, from Matsusaka and Ise-Okitsu stations. The name takes the kanji characters from the cities of Nabari and Matsusaka. Though this line was planned to connect them, the section from Ise-Okitsu to Nabari was never built, due in preceding completion of present Kintetsu Osaka Line. The Meish Line is a rural line in inland of Mie Prefecture. The service is 8 laps a day. Three up trains from Ise-Okitsu are operateed through to Kisei Main Line to Taki, Iseshi, Toba stations (the latter 2 in Sang Line).
