OverviewIn 1907 Marie Curie doubted that her ten year old daughter Irene could get a proper education from the National Education system. Therefore she created a teaching co-op with some of her colleagues from the Sorbonne, among whom Jean Perrin and Paul Langevin. She devised and taught the elementary classes in physics and chemistry which were founded on experimentation and questioning. The lessons were taken down by Isabelle Chavannes her student, whose notes are the only records, left of Marie Curie s teachings.
