OverviewThe Mass of Saint Thomas (the Apostle) is an easily accessible musical setting of the Mass suitable for use throughout the Liturgical Year. Combining both English and Latin text the setting aims to reintroduce the congregation to the beauty of sung Latin in an innovative way. Natural free flowing rhythmical and melodic phrasing produces a prayerfulness that honours the text and is fitting to dignity of the Eucharistic Celebration. When prepared in advance by those active in parish music ministry, and with a little encouragement, before long this attractive setting can be handed over to the congregation. Laus Deo!
